Fibremedy ships worldwide from our fulfilment centre in China. Available shipping methods and the final cost for your destination are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery

Most standard deliveries arrive within 7–14 days after dispatch. Orders to Australia and New Zealand are generally estimated to arrive within 5–10 days after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $39 in eligible regions. For other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Pre-orders

Products offered for pre-order will be identified on the product page. In-stock and pre-order products placed in the same order normally ship together when all items are available.

Duties and customs

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are normally the customer’s responsibility.

After your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.
